Design Web, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards as this website is developed.

Conformance Status

This website is currently under development. Upon completion, Design Web, LLC intends for this site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

A full accessibility audit has not yet been conducted, as the site is not yet complete. This statement will be updated with a formal conformance status once development is finished and testing has been performed.

Technical Specifications

This website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

• WordPress (content management system)
• Elementor (page builder)
• Hello Theme (base theme)
• JetEngine (custom content types and dynamic fields)
• Essential Addons for Elementor Pro (widget library)
• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.

Accessibility Features Planned/In Progress

This site is being built with the following accessibility considerations:

• Semantic HTML heading structure (H1–H6) for logical content hierarchy
• Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background
• Keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements
• Descriptive link text (avoiding “click here”)
• Responsive design that supports zoom/text resizing without loss of content
• Form fields with associated labels

Known Limitations

As development is ongoing, the following areas have not yet been fully reviewed for accessibility and will be addressed prior to or shortly after launch:

• Third-party embedded content (maps, videos) may not be fully keyboard accessible
• PDF documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible
• Certain Elementor/Essential Addons widgets (carousels, sliders, accordions) are being reviewed for full ARIA and keyboard support
• Dynamically generated content (JetEngine listings/repeaters) is being reviewed for correct heading structure
